Adrienne leads the strategic change initiatives across the organization, providing the governance for effective planning and execution that optimizes WorldStrides operational efficiency, accelerates our ability to innovate and deliver value to team members, customers and stakeholders. Adrienne also leads the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility activities.
Adrienne joined WorldStrides after serving as a Managing Director at S&P Global Market Intelligence, leading the division’s strategy planning process, leading teams focused on people programs such as continued learning and recognition, and delivering hundreds of employee experiential events. Prior to that, she developed innovative products at SNL (now S&P Global Market Intelligence), RiskMetrics (now MSCI) and Institutional Shareholder Services.
Adrienne earned a BA in English and an MBA from West Virginia University, where she also served as an adviser, tutor, and mentor for undergraduates, prior to serving as a high school English teacher.
